1. About Renteeq

Renteeq is an online marketplace that connects vacation rental guests with property offices on the North Coast of Egypt. Renteeq acts as an intermediary platform and does not own, manage, or operate any listed properties.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Renteeq reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Bookings & Payments

Booking requests are subject to approval by the property office. Prices displayed are set by property offices and may vary. Payment terms, deposits, and refund policies are communicated during the booking process. Renteeq facilitates the connection but the rental agreement is between the guest and the property office.

4. Property Listings

Property offices are responsible for the accuracy of their listings including photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability. Renteeq does not guarantee the accuracy of listing information. Verified offices have been reviewed by Renteeq but this does not constitute a warranty.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual property offices. Please review the cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Refund requests should be directed to the property office first, then to Renteeq support if unresolved.

6. User Conduct

Users must not: create fake bookings, upload inappropriate content, harass other users, attempt to bypass the platform for direct transactions, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Renteeq is not liable for: disputes between guests and property offices, property conditions, personal injury at rental properties, or losses resulting from inaccurate listing information. Our liability is limited to the platform service fees collected.
