When you use Renteeq, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. When you make a booking, we also collect check-in/check-out dates, guest count, and payment receipt uploads. We automatically collect device information, IP address, and usage data to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account, process booking requests, connect you with property offices, send booking confirmations and notifications, improve our platform, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only when necessary: with property offices to process your booking (name, phone, dates), with payment processors for transactions, and when required by law. After a booking is confirmed, the office receives your contact details to coordinate check-in.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment receipts are stored in secure cloud storage with restricted access.
5. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information from your profile page at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at support@renteeq.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Renteeq uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (language, currency). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
